The most common exercises are
walking, cycling and running but you can also
combine these; swimming, rollerblading and skiing
or whatever you’re used to, are just as suitable as
long as you can measure the distance.
The distances are based on walking or running, to
do the equivalent by cycling multiply the distance
by 4 and for swimming divide the distance by 6.
Each entrant will be sent information on the
challenge and references to other sources of
information, a calendar/schedule to record distance
together with a CLAN 1, 2, 3 T-shirt. A certificate is
awarded on completion of the challenge.
A proportion of every entry fee will be donated to the CLAN 1, 2, 3
Campaign but participants are also encouraged to
gain sponsorship.
Once you’ve completed one level then why not
enrol again and challenge yourself to the next
fitness level?
